Abstracts – Presentations

Please upload your abstract via the ‘file upload’ below, by

15 September 2023.

Abstracts must not exceed 1-2 pages.

In any case, please download and use the MS-Word template.

Each speaker will be allocated a 30-min slot for presentation, followed by a 5-min discussion.
The invited speaker will receive a slot of 45 minutes plus 5 minutes for discussion as well.

When having your abstract ready, you can either upload the MS Word file directly (.doc or .docx) or a .pdf equivalent.

In the exceptional case you need to send a corrected version later, no worries as we will always use the latest version sent.

Notice:
Your abstract(s) can – later on – be downloaded from the “Programme” page, which will be published later in September 2023. There will be no book of abstracts on paper.

All presentations will be collected and made available to all conference participants (only!) via download in PDF version via the DJINN and ENODISE websites. After the conference, please check the ‘Presentations’ submenu when hovering over the ‘DJINN-ENODISE conference’ tab.
